At VIVINIA by Vidhi Mehra, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and premium materials. All products undergo thorough quality checks prior to dispatch.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged during transit, or
• An incorrect product has been delivered

The product must be returned:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With original packaging and tags intact

Exchanges are permitted only for bangle size changes, subject to availability.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order  at
info@viviniadesignerjewelery.com, along with clear images or videos for verification if the product is damaged or incorrect. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

In case of a manufacturing defect, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographic or video evidence.

• The product must be returned via courier in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Once the product is received and verified, a replacement will be initiated.

If a replacement is not available at the time, we will share an estimated availability date or offer suitable alternatives.
If the customer chooses not to wait or accept an alternative, a 100% refund will be processed.

Product Unavailability & Refunds

• If a confirmed order cannot be shipped on time or is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.
• If a replacement is unavailable, suitable alternatives will be offered, with the final choice resting with the customer.
